CDU: Roters is a sham Cologne
Cologne - The CDU has not even a mayor candidate, let alone a Cologne, mock the social democrats.
"Red-green is not so," countered the Union now. The candidate Juergen Roters (SPD) does not live in Cologne. The vehemently against these allegations.
After the vote, it is necessary that a candidate has the Cologne OB in this town his permanent residence.
Juergen Roters, who owns with his family in a house south of Düsseldorf, had rented after his nomination in Niehl an apartment and re-registered as a New Cologne.
The CDU party head to head Jürgen Hollstein reported in a recent communication, however, of "early morning rides" of the Political commuter Roters from Dusseldorf to Cologne.
CDU-Geschäftsführer Volker Meertz is clear: "This little Niehler apartment in the urban housing company JSC has the OB-candidate only in appearance. He lives there at all. "
But the uninviting street already speak it. And the Christian Democratic Party puts on it another, "Mr. Roters is thus a sham Cologne!"
"An impertinence," rages Roters, "of course I live in Niehl." He was outraged that "Such lies are brought into the world - and that of a Christian party."
That it is is a GAG is flat, not banned, says Roters. He continued: "I pay like everyone else, the usual rent." Considering that he visited and from his children, who still live in Dusseldorf, he would not apologize. The election campaign is getting tougher.
